Excitement continues to build at The Station in Dublin as two highly anticipated food concepts officially join its culinary lineup, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.
Pizza Theory offers a fresh approach to both pizza delivery and casual dining. Operated by Ed Rosenthal, the Dublin location serves up handcrafted pizzas known for bold flavor and just as much personality.
“Pizza Theory isn’t just another pizza place – it’s a space built on tradition,” states its website. “Inspired by the meals that brought families together, we serve fast-fired pizza made with heart. Our recipes are simple, scratch-made, and rooted in purpose.”
Refuel at The Station opened earlier this summer and has quickly become a new community go-to. The eatery serves up crispy fried chicken sandwiches, fiery Nashville hot chicken sliders, and both crinkle cut and waffle fries. For those with a sweet tooth, a selection of refreshing smoothies rounds out the menu.
“Refuel at The Station was opened with a mission to serve our community as a locally owned and operated small business,” states its website. “We’re passionate about offering crispy chicken sandwiches, tenders, and comforting meals made fresh every day.”
