The popular New Jersey destination captured the lifestyle channel’s attention with its mix of Zagat-rated restaurants, unique shops, beautiful hotels and bed and breakfasts, and its fascinating storied history.

Day visitors get to immerse themselves in history, as the city, which was founded in 1705, and boasts a plethora of federal townhouses and Victorian homes, as well as a beautifully restored 19th-century train depot.

HGTV also praised Lambertville as the antique capital of New Jersey for its wide selection of antique shops, including The People’s Store Antiques and Design Center, along with the various artisan-owned stores and art galleries.
