Community Banking Sales Branch Manager — Ardmore

This position’s primary responsibility is to manage a branch team of employees and/or more than one branch to develop business, provide extraordinary service to customers, maintain operational integrity and a professional office appearance, and manage operating expenses. He/she directs the daily sales, operational, and administrative activities of the branch within the framework of corporate policies and procedures to assure good quality service to customers, satisfied and challenged employees, and an efficient and profitable operating branch.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and more than five years of successful branch management experience. He/she must be a self-motivated, proven leader with a track record of delivering consistent sales results. This includes driving branch performance and fostering a high-performing team.

Digital Marketing Content Manager

This position provides strategic digital marketing strategy and responsibility across the enterprise, including website, digital, social media, and analytics. He/she develops, designs, and builds digital content across marketing channels for websites, emails, blogs, digital advertising, video, and social media, either individually, through agency support, or some combination. The person oversees the day-to-day administration of websites using Webflow and implements SEO best practices to improve search rankings and increase website traffic.

The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of digital marketing experience at a financial services company (or ecommerce B2B or B2C company). He/she will have at least three years of experience managing and optimizing website performance and experience with Webflow and website content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Sitecore, or others. The person will be proficient in HTML and CSS and understand SEO principles and best practices.
