Branch Manager — Conshohocken
This position’s primary responsibility is to manage a branch team of employees and/or more than one branch to develop business, provide extraordinary service to customers, maintain operational integrity and a professional office appearance, and manage operating expenses. He/she directs the daily sales, operational, and administrative activities of the branch within the framework of corporate policies and procedures to assure good quality service to customers, satisfied and challenged employees, and an efficient and profitable operating branch.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and more than five years of successful branch management experience. He/she must be a self-motivated, proven leader with a track record of delivering consistent sales results. This includes driving branch performance and fostering a high-performing team.

Relationship Manager — Real Estate Finance
This position is responsible for growing profitability in real estate finance by developing, building, and maintaining relationships with professional real estate developers, investors, and builders. This role requires meeting or exceeding annual sales, revenue, volume, and new customer targets. He/she maximizes profitability, revenue, and retention of new relationships by cross-selling the full range of products and services.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration, and five to seven years of commercial real estate banking experience or related experience in private equity. He/she will have a thorough understanding of the real estate finance industry, business development, and credit decisions. The person will have a proven track record of business development, with the ability to find and close new business.

Commercial Relationship Manager
This position will develop, maintain, and expand Commercial Banking relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals. The primary focus is to retain and organically grow new and assigned relationships for prospects and clients with enterprise value of $20 million to $150 million. He/she acts as primary banker and facilitator for all bank capabilities to a portfolio of commercial relationships, both credit and non-credit.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field and five or more years of commercial lending experience. The person will have knowledge of and the ability to identify, engage, and create opportunities in the market. He/she will plan, strategize, and target the right industries and create value propositions with impact.
