Mortgage Loan Officer

This position is responsible for soliciting and originating mortgage loan products for the Bank, contributing positively to the Bank’s production goals.

Qualifications/Education and Experience

  • Must be compliant with the SAFE Act and registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
  • Strong working knowledge of underwriting guidelines for each agency, as well as bank overlays for portfolio business.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time extraordinarily well.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of previous experience in a sales-oriented environment, with a proven track record of success, is required; a network of established referral sources is preferred.

C&I Relationship Manager

The C&I Relationship Manager actively manages a loan portfolio of existing clients; including soliciting, examining, evaluating, and authorizing or recommending approval of customer applications for commercial loans.

Qualifications/Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of five years experience in commercial lending.
  • Formal credit training is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of C&I-related commercial lending, including a solid understanding of underwriting and credit.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Satisfactory knowledge of loan documentation.
  • Good organizational and time management skills; the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the Bank.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure to meet requirements and deadlines.

Relationship Banker, Multiple Locations

As a member of the Retail Banking team, the Relationship Banker provides guidance on banking products and services. The Relationship Banker also will interface with other business lines to refer when customer needs are assessed and uncovered. The Relationship Banker must possess high energy and cultivate meaningful relationships with new and existing customers, using trust, respect, integrity, and transparency to deepen these relationships. The Relationship Banker provides value for the customer and the Bank by assisting clients on the teller line as well as the platform. The Relationship Banker is responsible for individual contributions to the branch’s goals, collaborating with managers and team members on sales strategy, as well as participating in community affairs and activities to develop business effectively.

Qualifications/Education and Experience

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous banking or relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Customer service and sales skills.
  • Deposit and loan product knowledge.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Balanced decision making keeping both customer and company in mind.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills.
  • Microsoft product proficiency and the ability to use core banking systems.
  • Participation in community activities as necessary.
