The first Wawa drive-thru closed location earlier this week, writes Graysen Golter for The Morning Call.

The site opened three years ago at West Trenton Avenue and Pine Grove Road in Falls Township, next to an existing Wawa store. It was introduced during the pandemic as the Delaware County-based company’s new concept.

Wawa’s other drive-thru locations will remain open, said Wawa spokesperson Jennifer Wolf.

In addition to the drive-thru locations, some Wawa stores have added drive-thru windows in recent years.
