Toll Brothers’ Collegeville Homes to be Among Largest in Philadelphia Region
Toll Brothers, the Fort Washington-based luxury homebuilder, is developing 55 high-end homes on 57 acres in Collegeville, reports Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
This upscale community is situated at 4037 MacCormack Way between Evansburg State Park and Ursinus College. It will feature single-family estate homes ranging from 3,500 to over 4,650 square feet. Prices start at $1.1 million.
Homes at the upper size range of 4,600 square feet would be among the largest in the Philadelphia region. They are surpassed only by the Bellflower development in Lansdale. The Bellflower includes homes up to 5,200 square feet starting at $1.4 million.
Set to open sales in February 2025, the first homes at Charterfield Landing are expected to be completed by summer 2025, in time for the school year. John Dean, president of Toll Brothers’ Pennsylvania division, highlighted the “serene environment” featuring over 30 acres of open space and a trail system. The site is near Providence Town Center with a Wegmans closeby.
Toll Brothers acquired the site for $11.4 million in April 2024. The project adds to their growing footprint in Montgomery County. They are also developing nearly 1,000 homes in Ambler, King of Prussia, and other locations.
