Delaware Valley University in Doylestown is one of the top colleges in the region, according to the recently released The Princeton Review and U.S. News & World Report, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.

The Princeton Review’s 2025 Best Colleges: Region by Region list recognized 631 colleges overall. The Mid-Atlantic region is home to 97 of those schools.

This is the 15th consecutive time that the local university has made the list. The Princeton Review selects the schools that are considered to be “academically outstanding and well-worth consideration during a college search.”

“It is exciting to be recognized once again for the outstanding, hands-on experience DelVal provides,” said Gloria Oikelome, provost and vice president for academic affairs. “This accolade demonstrates the quality of our faculty and staff and our commitment to providing experiential education that prepares students for the job market and graduate school.”

DelVal has also made the list of the Best Regional Universities North in this year’s U.S. News & World Report rankings of colleges and universities. The report highlighted the university in the Top Performers for Social Mobility list for its success in enrolling and graduating Pell Grants recipients.
