Jules@Market made a list of the 76 most vital restaurants for the Philadelphia food scene.

Jules@Market, a contemporary seafood BYOB in Bristol, is one of the 76 best restaurants in the Philadelphia area that are defining the region’s dining scene right now, writes The Philadelphia Inquirer.

The popular eatery from caterer Jules Soto has been a staple of Bristol’s historic downtown since it opened eight years ago.

The restaurant is located in an industrial space with an open kitchen. It focuses on sustainably sourced seafood and serves internationally influenced hits such as hamachi crudo with salsa negra, avocado toast with blackened shrimp, and Thai curried mussels as well as many other delicious offerings.

A whole branzino over eggplant puree garnished with tabbouleh is also among the local favorites on offer.

The establishment is far from being done growing. It recently doubled its space and also added Jules at the Courtyard. This is a more casual sister eatery that is just across the street that features a food truck as well as al fresco seating.

Jules@Market is located at 111 Market Street in Bristol.
