Eastern University’s College of Business and Leadership will host its second Leadership Transformation Summit virtually on Thursday, Oct. 3 from 12-1 PM.

The event is free and aims to help prepare the next generation of business talent to overcome modern-day challenges and develop the skills needed to transform the business landscape.

Renowned workplace leadership and HR expert Paul Falcone will be the keynote speaker. Falcone’s expertise includes effective hiring, performance management, leadership development, and more. During his decades-long career, he has been an HR executive at Paramount Pictures, NBCUniversal, Time Warner, and other notable corporations. He specializes in helping companies build high-performing leadership teams.

Falcone is also a bestselling author of multiple books on topics spanning the HR leadership space and a long-term contributor to HR Magazine.

Tune in to hear Falcone’s insights on how leaders can cut through the noise of modern society — from the constant buzzing of phones, social media, emails, political tension, and more — and focus on the growth and success of their team members.
