Amid a New Hope $6.5 million farmhouse purchase, Architectural Digest highlighted Bradley Cooper's real estate portfolio.

Award-winning actor and Oscar filmmaker Bradley Cooper is officially a New Hope resident now, according to Page Six, which reported his $6.5 million farmhouse purchase.  

Architectural Digest highlighted the Montco native’s real estate portfolio, from a chic New York City penthouse to luxurious California residences, showcasing his taste for distinguished living spaces. 

Starting with a quaint Venice Beach bungalow, Cooper’s first home purchase in 2004 set the stage for his real estate ventures. This $1.19 million starter home, enhanced by French designer Santillane de Chanaleille, featured an earthy, open plan with luxurious touches like reclaimed wood ceilings and terra-cotta tiles.  

His portfolio expanded to include a contemporary home in Pacific Palisades and a majestic townhouse in NYC’s West Village, each chosen during pivotal moments of his career and personal life.  

Adding to his West Coast holdings, Cooper acquired another Pacific Palisades mansion, emphasizing privacy and rustic charm, serving as his primary residence.
