Feasterville-Trevose home and commercial builder, The Buildwell Group, has started a six-month project to transform a historic rowhome in Philadelphia into a luxurious, modern residence, according to The Reporter.
The three-story brick house is located in the historic Pine Street neighborhood of Rittenhouse Square.
“We are excited to blend the concepts of modern efficiency with historic charm to deliver a new standard of row-home living on Pine Street,” said Connor McStravick, CEO of The Buildwell Group.
“Since this project is a complete renovation, we’re working with many of our local partners from around the Philly suburbs and the city.”
The Buildwell Group has partnered with Crisco & Frisco Design and Fama Okto Studio on the project. The builder plans to strip the residence’s interiors and install new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
The renovation will also include custom kitchen cabinets by Village Handcrafted and relocating walls to optimize the layout.
The Pine Street project is one of many undertaken by the family-run business so far this year. The company also recently completed the full renovation of Cedar Creek, a resident health and wellness facility in Warminster.
