Associate Staff Accountant

This position performs a variety of accounting assignments within a Business Unit or functional area of responsibility; records and reports financial transactions, reconciles accounts, and ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley control requirements; and produces accurate and timely financial statements as needed. He/she maintains and identifies opportunities to enhance internal controls and support regulatory compliance and business planning by performing analyses.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA with a concentration in Accounting or Finance and be a CPA with public accounting experience. He/she will have regulatory/utility/FERC/SEC reporting or energy industry experience, as well as effective team-building and leaderships skills.

Designer (Transmission & Substation)

This position will formulate/conceive designs and provides technical support for PECO transmission & substation facilities. He/she will create engineering drawings and documents required for the construction, installation, and maintenance of facilities that enable electricity to be distributed in a safe, reliable, and cost-effective manner. The person performs duties and tasks independently without oversight or review.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related technical field, as well as two years of experience in major design discipline, preferably in the physical realm (e.g. civil, structural, mechanical). He/she will have CAD experience (e.g., Bentley MicroStation or AutoCAD), including drafting, designing, modifying, reviewing, or interpreting drawings. The person will also have excellent communication and interaction skills and the ability to respond promptly to emergent system conditions and equipment failures.

Senior Engineer

This position leads and performs assignments in specialized areas requiring extensive engineering expertise; and leads and performs engineering tasks and projects associated with a critical or analytical engineering project or a small number of complex projects that require specialized knowledge in many areas. He/she evaluates, develops, implements, and leads projects that have significant financial and operational impact. The person also participates in department planning, attends meetings/conference calls, provides budget recommendations, and monitors performance for the accomplishment of committed results.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree or graduate-level work in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management. He/she will have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all management levels. The person will have a working knowledge of analysis software packages such as CYMDIST, PSS\E, Python, PSCAD, MATLAB, etc., as well as the ability to analyze industry-wide trends and implement enhancements.
