Doylestown native Pink and her daughter Willow serenaded patients at the Australian Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne earlier this week, writes Tahlia Pritchard for Yahoo Lifestyle.

Pink shared a clip from her visit on her Instagram reel. In the video, she said it was a “privilege” to return to the hospital for the first time after more than two decades.

“It’s been 22 years since I first visited families at the Royal Children’s Hospital, and it was a privilege to return to @rchmelbourne this week,” she said.

“Thank you to everyone who spent time with Willow and me. Thank you for sharing your stories and letting us play you a couple of songs. We won’t forget this day,” she added.

Delighted fans flooded the comments on her post, sharing their own cancer-related stories and expressing their love for the singer.

“Thank you. As a mom who has lost a child to pediatric brain cancer. I can’t tell you how much those moments of sunshine mean, both to the child and to the family,” wrote one person.

The hospital also thanked the popular singer for her visit, saying that “it meant a lot to the families and staff.”
