Settlement and Reporting Analyst

This position will complete assigned general ledger accounts and identify outstanding items, resolving them in a timely manner. He/she will produce and review various exception reports, and assign the resolution of such exceptions to Loan Operation’s team members, ensuring all items are cleared no later than the next month end. The person will also maintain working relationships with other internal departments throughout the bank, as well as maintain an in-depth knowledge of the various loan systems, their interfaces, and how transactions impact various settlements and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or comparable experience in an operations, accounting, or finance role. He/she will have the ability to analyze multiple pieces of data and formulate a sound conclusion, as well as the ability to multi-task with an excellent degree of versatility and flexibility.

Mortgage Loan Officer

This position originates residential mortgage loans in accordance with the guidelines of Firstrust Bank and/or its investors and follows through from the origination process through and after loan closing to ensure customer satisfaction. He/she is challenged to meet loan production goals, while ensuring the quality standards and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of retail, residential mortgage sales experience; an active NMLS License; and an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the mortgage lending process and applicable regulatory requirements. He/she will have a documented residential mortgage loan origination volume in the past 12 months of $10 million, as well as established relationships with local referral networks.

Community Banking Branch Manager

This position will manage a branch team of employees and/or more than one branch to develop business, provide extraordinary service to customers, maintain operational integrity and a professional office appearance, and manage operating expenses. He/she directs the daily sales, as well as operational and administrative activities of the branch within the framework of corporate policies and procedures to assure quality service to customers, satisfied and challenged employees, and an efficient and profitable operating branch.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or six to eight years of relevant work experience; superior analytical skills to determine areas of improvement; and the ability to find innovative solutions while considering all aspects, departments, and individuals affected. He/she will have experience in leveraging technology for business solutions and the ability to effectuate influence with a broad base of internal customers.
