This weekend is officially the last hurrah of winter! It is time to put away the snow boots and dust off the bicycles to get ready for exploring our beautiful area this Spring. But, before preparing for the new season, take time to explore local family fun on Saturday and Sunday!

Wear green and enjoy St. Patrick’s Day festivities this weekend, including the family-friendly Bucks County parade in Fairless Hills on Saturday. Get crafty at a local Lowe’s retail store on Saturday morning at their hands-on children’s workshop.

Hop across the Delaware River to visit the Howell Living History Farm in Hopewell, NJ for an enjoyable outing with workhorse rides. And, celebrate TreeTrails Adventures’ seasonal opening with thrilling ropes courses and free giveaways.

Grab a good viewing spot along New Falls Road in Fairless Hills to watch the entertaining annual parade celebrating the Irish holiday. The parade starts at Conwell-Egan Catholic High School and ends at the Levittown American Ball Field.

Saturday, March 16 from 10am – 1pm

Build a Flower Bird Feeder with your children at the retail store’s active family workshop on Saturday. Hammer and paint to create a colorful backyard display to feed your home’s outdoor residents with sweet treats. Reminder to pre-register for this in-demand event.
