Local Kid-Friendly Activities To Enjoy From March 29 – 31

Hop on down to one of the many Easter celebrations scheduled in the local area! It is a jam packed weekend of family holiday fun at several nearby attractions.

Sign up for the Easter festivities at Shady Brook Farm, enjoy brunch and an egg hunt at Elmwood Park Zoo, or check out Peddler’s Village’s colorful peeps.

Spire Fitness’ Easter Egg Hunt and Obstacle Course

Friday, March 29 at 11:00 am

Core Creek Park (Pavillion 10), 1610 Woodbourne Rd, Langhorne, PA

An Easter activity with a fitness spin! Get outside and get moving with Spire Fitness for a ¼ mile run at Core Creek Park with an obstacle course, and an Easter egg hunt. Ages 3-7 will run at 11 am, and a run for ages 7-14 is scheduled for 11:30 am.

The Easter egg hunt will begin at 12 pm. Registration is required to participate, and the cost starts at $14 per person.

Saturday, March 30 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

500 Lincoln Hwy, Fairless Hills, PA

Celebrate Easter with kids’ favorite playful pup, Bluey, at the action-packed indoor park. Face painting, snacks, games and prizes will be offered at Saturday’s family event, along with their usual thrilling attractions.

Race a go-cart, climb to the top of the colorful walls, test your agility on the ninja course, and transport into an alternative world in the new virtual reality ride.

Barn Nature Center’s Annual Egg Hunt

Saturday, March 30 from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm

1283 Almshouse Road, Doylestown, PA

Strike a pose in the photo booth with Barn Nature Center’s fluffy rabbits, Houdini and Cappuccino! Participate in the egg decorating contest, and get up-close with several of the facility’s residents, including lizards, turtles and snakes.
