As part of its mission to make higher education more accessible and affordable for everyone, Eastern University offers an award covering the total tuition of qualifying students in Pennsylvania

Awareness of the award is especially relevant as FAFSA delays have caused mounting uncertainty for students and families. Eastern’s Total Tuition Award aims to help alleviate the financial strain of a college education for students and ease the burden of tuition costs.

All admitted Pennsylvania residents are considered for the Total Tuition Award. To be eligible for the award, students must be incoming, first-year students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. In addition to meeting the academic requirement, they also must meet the financial need requirements.

Students granted this award will have the cost of their tuition fully covered for that academic year and be re-evaluated on a yearly basis for eligibility.

“Eastern’s Total Tuition Award provides life-changing resources for students and families,” said Kent Sparks, Eastern University’s Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. “We believe that a college degree should be affordable and accessible for every student. The Total Tuition Award is this belief in action.”
