Warrington Wawa Undergoes Major Expansion: Closed for 8-9 Months for Renovations
The Wawa in Warrington closed its doors on Feb. 5 for the next eight to nine months as the convenience store undergoes major renovation, writes Jeff Werner for The Patch.
The original store, built in 1994, was 3,200 square feet. The new construction is slated to make way for a 5,585 square-foot Wawa and six gas pumps.
The store will also be sharing an entrance with Chickie’s & Pete on Easton Road. A right-out exit will be built onto Maple Avenue.
During construction, patrons are advised to visit the locations in Horsham or Warminster.
