The institute, which is recognized as an international leader in its field, will be located in the Newtown Business Commons near the interchange of I-195 and the Newtown Bypass.  

Mediplex Property Group, which is leasing the property to the institute, converted a 12,800-square-foot industrial building into the outpatient healthcare center, which includes:
