A two-story building formerly occupied by KeyBank in Sellersville is up for auction, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The auction for the former KeyBank branch, which closed in 2022, will be held online from Feb. 20-22 on RI Marketplace

The building, dating back to 1928, is 5,184-square feet and comes with a detached garage, drive-thru lane, and 21 parking spaces.

The site, according to Bucks County property records, has an estimated value of $1.2 million but will be sold with a starting bid of $1 with no minimum price.

The property is designated for commercial purposes, suitable for retail, office space, or a restaurant. It is opposite the Washington House Hotel & Restaurant and the Sellersville Theater.
