The premiere of season 28 of “The Bachelor’’ is rapidly approaching and fans of Royersford native Joey Graziadei are waiting with anticipation to see if the fan favorite makes a love match, writes Esther Kang for People.

Graziadei first won the American audience’s hearts as one of the contestants vying for Charity Lawson’s hand and heart in “The Bachelorette.

He made it to the final two, but ultimately, she chose someone else.

Graziadei was quickly chosen to have his own season of “The Bachelor” so he could continue to search for love.

While he said he had experienced “true heartbreak” when Lawson didn’t choose him, he is looking forward to continuing the search for his own love match.

“I have grown immensely with my time on the show and know that I’ll always have room for more growth. But I feel more ready than ever to find my person,” he wrote on Instagram at the time.

In a new promo for season 28, Graziadei, who is a tennis pro, is seen overlooking an ocean, sitting on a tennis court, and kissing an unrecognizable woman at sunset.

The voiceover says, “One man will take a swing at finding his lifelong doubles partner.”

“The Bachelor” season 28 premieres January 22 on ABC.
