Meridian Bank and Lenape Valley Foundation Partner for Giving Tuesday Event
In the spirit of the holiday season and giving goodness, Meridian Bank and Lenape Valley Foundation partnered to host a Happy Hour on Giving Tuesday.
Hosted on Nov. 28 from 4 PM to 7 PM at Station Tap House in Doylestown, guests had the opportunity to connect with people from Meridian Bank, Lenape Valley Foundation, and other local businesses. For more than 60 years, Lenape Valley Foundation has given compassion and hope to thousands of children, adults, and families within its community. They offer services related to mental health, substance use, intellectual disability, and early intervention.
“At Meridian Bank, we take pride in being active members in the communities where we live and work. That’s why it’s important for us to partner with local organizations, like Lenape Valley Foundation, to support their missions,” said Aliese Rosado, VP Retail Market Manager at Meridian Bank.
Last year, the nonprofit saw more than 9,000 adults and 4,000 children get the help they need whether it was workshop training and therapy appointments, or crisis intervention and peer support.
Lenape Valley Foundation is continuing to grow with a new behavioral health crisis stabilization center opening in Doylestown soon. “This new center will bring together the various types of services that an individual in crisis needs to help them on their journey to recovery,” said Sharon Curran, CEO of Lenape Valley Foundation.
