At a recent conference in Switzerland, Merrick Rosenberg, a renowned expert in the team-building industry, instructed approximately 1,400 people how to tap into the power of their personality to ultimately drive success and deepen their relationships.

And he did so without having to leave his office in Marlton, N.J.

The Philadelphia region’s most experienced company for audiovisual design and installation recently outfitted a studio at Rosenberg’s company, Take Flight Learning, with a 75-inch screen and multi-camera system that are increasing the power and pizzaz of his presentations.

“A lot of the content we produce is distributed virtually,” said Rosenberg, whose services are based on a reimagined version of the classic DISC styles. “Instead of me just sitting at a computer, like you do in Zoom meeting, we now have a studio that we can use for our training programs, webinars, and podcasts. Multiple camera angles give our productions a more dynamic feel, and we even have microphones in the ceiling, so we don’t have to get all wired up.”

With just a general idea of what he wanted in a new studio, Rosenberg reached out to Haverford Systems to execute his plan.

“From the beginning, I had a sense of what I needed in a studio but didn’t know how to set it up,” said Rosenberg. “Haverford Systems was instantaneously there and helpful. They made it very easy, asked a lot of probing questions, and came back with recommendations.”

Rosenberg believes that Haverford’s installation has made it easier to sell himself as a speaker.

“Most virtual speakers are sitting at their desk, but we have more camera angles,” he said. “When I present, it’s like I’m standing up in front of a room with people from all over the world.”
