Giuseppe’s Pizza and Family Restaurant has been serving delicious pizza, chicken dishes, salads, and much more to Richboro locals and visitors for 45 years, reports Bob Kelly for FOX 29 Philadelphia.

For the establishment’s owner Tony Giaimo, the secret to running a successful restaurant is simple.

“Just hard work and keep going,” he said.

Nearly half a century ago, Giaimo was a finance major in college when he decided to help his brother open an eatery. He was supposed to only work for one summer, but his plans changed.

“It’s a long summer,” he said, “45 years later.”

While there is pizza in the name of the restaurant, there is much more the popular spot has to offer.

Among the more popular breakfast dishes is the breakfast pizza, which is topped with sausage, bacon, ham, and eggs.

When it comes to salads, Pollo E’ Pepe is the most popular. It features grilled chicken with mozzarella cheese, roasted peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, kalamata olives, and the restaurant’s homemade balsamic vinaigrette.

Another one of the local favorites is Chicken Marsala, a tender boneless breast sautéed in a marsala wine sauce with fresh mushrooms.

The original Warminster location, owned by Tony’s brother Salvatore Giaimo, is celebrating its 50th anniversary.
