Regine Winifred, Harcum College’s newly appointed Director of Campus Activities, stepped into her role on July 20, 2023.

Regine completed her Bachelor of Arts in Visual and Digital Arts with a minor in Communications from American International College in 2021 and recently obtained her Master’s in Higher Education Student Affairs Administration from Rosemont College in 2023.

She brings with her not just academic credentials but a vibrant history of involvement in extracurricular activities.

Regine has been a dedicated member of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, having held positions like the Events Coordinator and Service Events Coordinator.

Before joining Harcum, she worked as the Graduate Coordinator for Student Success and Engagement and served as a Student Support Specialist.

In her new role as the Director of Campus Activities, Regine’s primary goal is to ensure students not only participate but grow and learn through meaningful experiences.

She is driven by the desire to foster student engagement and development.

Outside of her professional life, Regine enjoys meditation, nature walks, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family.

She cherishes her summers spent in St. Lucia by the beach. An avid reader, she lists “Kite Runner” by Khaled Hosseini and “Small Gods” by Terry Pratchett among her favorite books.

Regine lives by the quote, “Be the change you wish to see in the world” and has a personal goal of traveling to eight different islands before she turns 30.
