The second Wegmans location in Bucks County is getting closer to opening, offering residents a new place to do their food shopping. Staff writers at 94.5 PST wrote about rhe new location.

Built across the street from Shady Brook Farm in Yardley, the new store was under construction for some time, with other businesses like a bank and a CVS Pharmacy, along with apartments, being built on the large roadside property.

Now, Wegmans is letting local residents know that the new store will open in the first quarter of 2024.

Until then, Bucks County residents can shop at the other local Wegmans, which is situated in The Shops at Valley Square in Warrington.

Along with the new location giving Yardley residents a new place to shop, the store will also be in close proximity to Newtown, with the Newtown Bypass located right down the road. It will also be very close to I-95, opening the new location up to other parts of Bucks County and event nearby New Jersey.
