New Hope-Solebury School District hosted a Career Pathways Orientation with The Logan Inn in New Hope on Sept. 27 to support its brand-new Career Pathways program.

Career Pathways prompts students to select one of three pathways during their freshman year following a mandatory career exploration course. The three pathways the school offers are Arts and Humanities, Business and Communications, Health Sciences, STEAM, and Innovation.

“The Career Pathways program was developed to enhance our career programming and to ensure our students’ future readiness. Our district is deeply committed to giving students the knowledge and experiences they need to prepare for their future,” said Superintendent Dr. Charles Lentz.

The school is seeking guest speakers, panelists, career fair presenters, mock interviewers, and those willing to host students for job shadowing and internship experiences.

“We are grateful to The Logan Inn for hosting this important event and helping us welcome new faces into our school community. As a district, we know that there are many individuals, organizations, and businesses we can partner with to support student success,” said Lentz.
