Acclaimed Bucks County BYOB Holy Que Smokehouse is Known for its BBQ Brunch
Acclaimed Bucks County BYOB Holy Que Smokehouse, famous for its authentic Texas-style barbecue, launched a weekly BBQ Brunch earlier this year, writes Marilyn Johnson for the Philly Grub.
The brunch is held every Sunday from 12 to 4 p.m. A host of imaginative brunch dishes are being served along with complimentary Mimosas and Bloody Marys.
Customers can now enjoy platters of pork spare ribs, brats, brisket, and pulled pork.
Toppling sandwiches are also available, including the Brisket Cheesesteak, Texas Joe, and The Holy Grail. Morning-inspired dishes include Biscuits & Gravy, Chicken & Waffles, Chopped Brisket Breakfast Tacos, and Pulled Pork Pancakes.
“BBQ Brunch has been in the works for quite some time and we’re stoked to be starting off the new year with this new venture,” said Pitmaster Tom Peters.
“Texas-style barbecue is rooted in specific fundamentals and traditions that we take seriously, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for growth and innovation. 2023 is going to be a big year for Holy Que Smokehouse.”
