Township officals are warning attendees of a recent scam related to the event's promotion.

A popular community event is returning to Bucks County, but will now be held on a different date at the same location.

Bensalem Township’s Family Fall Festival, originally set to return on Oct. 7, has been postponed to the following day. The postponement comes due to inclement weather predictions.

Festivities will be hosted at the Bensalem Township Municipal Complex, located at 2400 Byberry Road, from 2:30 – 8:30 PM.

The festival will feature free fun family entertainment, an evening concert featuring the Bachelor Boys Band, free fireworks with a magic of the movies theme, food trucks, and a beer garden.

Township officials recently warned attendees of a recent scam related to the event’s promotion.

“This person is privately messaging individuals who have been looking for information regarding vendor availability and asking them to send money to reserve a spot. THIS IS A SCAM. We are NOT accepting vendors for this event.”
