Two Montgomery County properties made the top 25 most expensive home sales within the Philadelphia metro area. Home sales may have decreased but the prices have skyrocketed, writes Todd Romero for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Based on data from Bright MLS, the collective sales among all properties totaled $149.56 million. A North Wales property was No. 13 on the list with a selling price of $4,714,000. The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom abode sold in June.
According to the listing agency Compass‘ website, the property includes 18 acres of farmland. It is comprised of ten structures and a pool.
A Gladwyne property made No. 17 on the list, with a selling price of $4,500,000. The property has 7 beds, 9 baths, and is 9,000 square feet. The home includes a library, wine room, walk-in closets, heated floors, a sauna, and patios with spectacular views.
