A community celebration is scheduled to be held in Doylestown at the end of the month, with proceeds supporting a local organization.

The seventh annual “Fall Harvest Sampler” is set to be held at the Peace Valley Nature Center, located at 170 North Chapman Road, on Sept. 29 at 7 PM.

Held on the shores of Lake Galena, the celebration includes live music, a silent auction, door prizes, and an extraordinary selection of craft beers expertly paired with tasty harvest foods and desserts served by B&B Beverages and Penn Taproom.

“This festive event is brought to you by the Friends of Peace Valley Nature Center and sponsored by the Bucks County Department of Parks and Recreation,” event organizers said on Facebook. “Ticket sales, sponsorships and raffle donations help sustain environmental education and conservation at Peace Valley Nature Center.”

Tickets for the event can be purchased here. They must be purchased before the event.
