Mr. Brands is planning to use the space as an additional warehouse for its continuously expanding wholesaler/distributor business.

Mr. Brands, a Bristol-based leader in licensed products, has recently signed the lease on a 211,358-square-foot warehouse located in South Lebanon Township, writes Paula Wolf for the Central Penn Business Journal.

The company is planning to use the space as an additional warehouse for its continuously expanding wholesaler/distributor business.

For more than a quarter of a century, Mr. Brands has served over 30 major retailers throughout the United States. It has been the home of Simoniz USA for the last fifteen years, manufacturing a variety of products, from automotive accessories to cleaning chemicals.

Mr. Brands acquired the license for VP Racing three years ago to expand its breadth of products in the auto accessory industry. In 2021, Mr. Brands added Pennzoil, Quaker State, and Black+Decker to its growing line of licenses.

“Not only do we work with industry-leading brands, but we also help to source and manufacture private label items for major retail companies,” the company’s website reads.
