Area Director – Springfield 

This role will direct and supervise the inspection and maintenance of the distribution system, including water mains, services, fire hydrants, regulators, and others, review work order and other productivity reports, and act as liaison with municipal and state officials. Other duties include evaluating and testing new products, as well as preparing Capital and Operating Budgets. 

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years’ experience of driving improvement in water treatment and/or distribution system operations with at least five years’ experience supervising a team of at least 20 people. Candidates should have experience of using a collective approach to drive positive change in operational functions.

Project Engineer I – Bryn Mawr 

This role will manage water and wastewater capital projects that consist of the rehabilitation of existing facilities and the development of new facilities, including valve vaults, wastewater pumping stations, well stations, and more. This role prepares studies, cost estimates, and reports to guide company management for future planning. Additional duties include coordinating project work with department heads, operations staff, or other contract resources. 

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related with at least two years of experience in design, planning, and analysis of water treatment and distribution systems. Candidates should have familiarity with modeling software platforms such as Water Gems, Water CAD, EPAnet, and Info Works, and be able to work well under pressure.

Project Engineer III – Bryn Mawr 

This role will serve as a senior technical resource for water and wastewater treatment process design and review, water resource assessments, safe yield analysis, and other subjects. Duties include conducting technical review of water and wastewater treatment process designs, participating in special assignments including professional conferences, and working with the Director of Asset Management to coordinate and prepare strategic water and wastewater system studies. 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Sanitary Engineering, with a graduate degree preferred. Candidates should have at least ten years of experience in water and wastewater engineering. They should be able to manage technical staff of direct and indirect reports. Knowledge of SQL or HANA database experience is preferred.
