A farm in Bucks County will be showing local residents their property and their operations during a fun-filled evening this week.
First Fruits Farm, located at 7364 Easton Road in Pipersville, will be hositng a farm tour on Aug. 2 at 7 PM. A potluck dinner will be held beforehand at 6 PM. The event is being co-organized with the Bucks County Foodshed Alliance.
“The Bucks County Foodshed Alliance encourages everyone to bring a dish to share and your own seating (chairs or a blanket),” the farm said online. “You may also just show up at 7 for the tour.”
The farm offers a plethora of fresh and healthy foods for those who care about where their food comes from. Some of their selecitons include seasonal produce, honey, cut flowers, pastured chicken and eggs, grass-fed lamb, and forest-raised pork.
Those who wish to attend the event can do so by RSVP’ing through the Bucks County Foodshed Alliance.
