Ghost Tours Returning to Bucks County Town to Celebrate Independence Day
A popular ghost tour will be returning to Bucks County for two nights, offering a haunting lesson in local history for the Fourth of July.
The Ghost Tours of New Hope are held several times a year. They are a popular occurrence during the Halloween season as locals and residents are shown parts of the town reportedly haunted by various spirits.
Organizers of the event have opened up two dates for the Fourth of July weekend. The first tour will be held on July 1 at 8 PM. Those attending this first tour are welcome to stay in the area afterwards to enjoy the the popular fireworks display.
The second tour will be held on July 3 at 8 PM.
“Join us and learn about the Revolutionary War ghosts that still haunt the town to this day!” organizers said online.
No reservations are required. Attendees can meet at the corner of Main and Ferry Street next to the Benjamin Parry mansion. Tickets are $12/person (cash only).
