A unique home in New Hope that pulled some elements from the famed Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York and was modeled after the mansion from “The Great Gatsby” is up for sale for $10 million, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The home boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and spans around 10,000 square feet along four floors. It is nestled on a 10.6-acre property that also includes a pool, event pavilion, a guest cottage, and an additional outbuilding that currently serves as a gym and dance studio.

The two main floors are ideal for entertaining with an open layout. The balconies were once in the Waldorf-Astoria and the home is outfitted with smart technology that makes it “the coolest, smartest home in all of North America.”

“The Gatsby Barn,” as the home is dubbed, also has a rich history. It sits on land that was once owned by William Penn and was part of the Underground Railroad.
