On Tuesday, May 16, Meridian Bank proudly supported the Paoli Hospital Foundation as the Title Sponsor for this year’s Golf Classic.  

Chris Annas, CEO of Meridian Bank, Geoff Sheehan, SVP C&I Lending, and Jessica Annas Tiagwad, SVP Marketing, presented a $50,000 donation to Paoli Hospital Foundation team members Elaine Bailey, Board Chair, and Meghan Sayer, Executive Director.  

“Meridian is proud to support the Paoli Hospital Foundation and we applaud their dedication to providing superior healthcare services to our community, ” said Chris Annas, CEO of Meridian Bank.

The event took place at the Applebrook Golf Club in Malvern where supporters enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of golfing, lunch, cocktails and dinner, as well as being part of a great cause. 

A silent auction was also held, with some items still available, to benefit Paoli Hospital. All proceeds from the event go towards Paoli Hospital’s emergency department. The emergency department not only serves those with broken bones, chest pain, and high fevers, but also traumatic brain injuries, serious falls, and motor injuries. To deliver the care that the community has come to expect and deserve, the department needs to make important investments and expand. 

Additionally, save the date for next year’s Paoli Hospital Golf Classic on May 14, 2024, as it will return to Applebrook Golf Club.
