Writer/Blogger

As a parent, you probably have a lot of experience to share. Starting a blog or contributing to an existing publication to impart some wisdom to parents could give you a decent income.  

Online Teacher/Tutor 

Average annual salary: $43, 476  

Teaching life skills or helping out with math homework is something that parents are probably already used to. Take your tutoring skills online to earn some money.  

Graphic Designer 

Average annual salary: $43,275  

This is perfect for parents with creative streaks. Graphic designers often have flexible hours and can work remotely. This position can be freelance or in-house.  

Web Designers 

Average annual salary: $49,476 

If you’re tech-savvy, this position could earn you a lot of money. Companies might contract web developers to design their websites. Doing freelance gigs could build your developer portfolio and help you find consistent work.
