Doylestown Officials to Discuss Possibility of Demolishing Former Borough Hall Location

One of the most well-known towns in Bucks County is discussing the potential demolition of a long-standing structure.

The Doylestown Borough Historical and Architectural Review Board will be hosting a meeting on April 27, whose agenda will include the proposed destruction of 57 West Court Street, the area’s former Borough Hall. The discussion will also cover what could potential replace the property of the building is demolished.

“Although the proposed use of the new structure is not a subject of the hearing, the proposal is for a ’boutique’ hotel and restaurant,” the borough said online.

The meeting will take place at 7:30 PM in Doylestown Borough Hall, located at 10 Doyle Street. The public is invited to attend.
