The cafe is back open, offering an array of coffee and food options.

A new cafe, located in the northernmost part of Bucks County, has opened their doors back up after their initial opening.

TOAST, located at 1400 Easton Road in Riegelsville, recently reopened their doors after a short closure. Last month, the story closed for two weeks after three soft opening, and then had to close again due to staffing and illnesses.

Now, the canalside cafe is offering their organic coffee and food options and planning events to entertain local residents and guests to the area.

“The concept is plant-based and vegan-friendly,” said co-owner Shawn “Shae” Kehs. “Every item on the menu is inherently vegan until you add eggs or dairy. So, customers have choices when they order. For example, they could choose dairy cheese or vegan cheese.”

Kehs has worked as a longtime chef for the Pipersville-based Brad’s Plant Based, which offers vegan snacks similar to the ones offered at the new cafe.
