These Bucks County Areas are Considered Some of the Best for Buying a Home Near Philly

The county currently has only 557 active listings, compared to 769 last July and a five-year average of 964.

A few areas in Bucks County have garnered a reputation for having the best real estate in the Philadelphia region. Staff writers for Niche wrote about the areas and their properties.

Known for its vast selection of quality homes, Bucks County has become a prime area for city folk looking to move to suburbs. In close proximity to the City of Brotherly Love, the area has also become popular amongst citizens of New York City and its surrounding areas.

#13 on the list was Newtown Grant, an array rife with incredible homes and an incredible local scene. Those looking to raise a family in a beautiful area are bound to find their dream home here.

#14 on the list was Buckingham Township. Within close proximity to Doylestown, Lahaska, New Hope, and Newtown, the area is centrally located in the upper part of the county.
