In Delco, That Neighbor Next Door Could Be a Philadelphia Eagle
Philadelphia Eagles Center Jason Kelce may be from Ohio, but he’s put down local roots, writes Erik Gunther for realtor.com.
Kelce settled in Haverford Township after he got a bargain on a four-bedroom home that went for $680,000 in January 2018 after listing for $800,000 in May 2017.
The stone home sits on a one-acre lot.
Two years later, Kelce bought a four-bedroom home next door on eight acres. That cost him $3.96 million. He closed on the property in September 2020.
Kelce added to his real estate holdings last summer with a $2.2 million four-bedroom home in Sea Isle City.
The three-story townhouse is one block from the beach and features multiple decks and great views.
He also owns a modest three-unit rental property in Cleveland, purchased in August 2018 for $160,000.
Another of the Philadelphia Eagles homes belongs to Eagles general manager Howie Roseman in Villanova.
Months after the 2018 Super Bowl, Roseman bought a mansion in Villanova. The six-bedroom Tudor sits on a 2-acre property measuring 12,000 square feet. It was purchased for $3,025,000 in May 2018 and built in 1994.
It features a mahogany-paneled library, chef’s kitchen, and soundproof primary suite with a private tennis court.
