Developers like the Curtis Building Group, 4th Soil Sellersville L.P., Pacaz Realty and the Carlyle Management Group are now eyeing the borough for homes and other developments. Being a quiet little spot in Bucks County, the area has been coveted by developers who wish to expand accessibly in Bucks County to new and longtime residents.

As the area has become more developed in recent years, efforts like these are just the latest news in the world of a newly-made Bucks County.
