Bensalem’s Parx Casino is looking for a jackpot as they work to secure a large hotel that would be near their popular establishment. Damon C. Williams wrote about the recent casino update for the Bucks County Courier Times.

The Bensalem Township Planning Commission began looking at plans for the large hotel again last month. If approved, the new hotel would sit near the casino’s racetracks on 6 acres of land.

The two-story hotel would act as a great space for casino guests to stay while they enjoy their time at the Bucks County establishment. Having their own hotel is something the casino has been considering for some time now.

Talks of a hotel are nothing new to locals and visitors of the Bensalem casino. Back in 2010, casino officials floated the idea of an on-site hotel; nothing ever came of the alleged hotel.

But now, Parx is hoping to have one on the property. This will give guests a more immersive experience as they enjoy games, music, and all other forms of entertainment at the Bucks County casino.
