This introductory session Center Valley’s DeSales University will begin to explore what keeps us from getting into productive dialogue around difficult conversations.

The instructor is Charlene Bergstresser, MS, RN, PCCC.

Bergstresseris the Program Director for the Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges (LVAIC), a consortium serving the six independent colleges in the Lehigh Valley.

She has a BSN from West Chester University and an MS in Human Resource Development from Drexel University.

In addition, she is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
