Student Aid Coordinator
This position will manage and oversee all student aid processes, federal and state loans and grants, and the awarding of all institutional scholarships; assures all students meet award eligibility requirements; and serve as the student aid officer for the campus, working with both prospective and current students throughout the application, processing, and awarding phases.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, plus three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. He/she will be passionate about non-traditional student learning and focused on providing excellent customer service to a diverse population of students and prospective students.

Associate Director of Graduate Student Recruitment
This position will oversee the recruitment of domestic and international students for graduate degree and certificate programs; supervise, train, and evaluate the department Academic Program Manager (APM); develop and implement recruitment strategies in consultation with the Director of Marketing and Recruitment; and supervise and coordinate projects and events related to recruitment.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher (master’s preferred), plus two years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience; exceptional communication skills of a professional nature; a high aptitude for problem-solving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment utilizing creativity and innovation to drive success; and working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products and a customer relation management (CRM) system.

Instructional Designer 2 or 3
This position will manage the development, design, and revisions for select graduate-level courses for World Campus and the Great Valley online course programs, reflecting a solid understanding of the pedagogical principles of accepted instructional design theories, principles, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have considerable instructional design experience, knowledge of online learning theory and pedagogical principles, strong written communication skills, and strong wordsmithing skills to enhance comprehension of written material.

Administrative Support Coordinator 3
This position manages and coordinates daily operations and provides a high level of administrative and financial support; and provides overall administrative support to the Penn State Great Valley Chancellor, Campus Development office, the Great Valley Launchbox, and the Community and Corporate Relations office.
The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree or higher, plus three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; and excellent writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Maintenance Worker Utility
This position will operate various types of scrubbing, buffing, and shampooing equipment; sweep, scrub, seal, wax, and shampoo various types of floors and floor coverings and furniture; remove accumulated waste and debris from buildings, as required; remove, move, and/or relocate furniture, equipment, supplies, and construction materials; unload incoming materials and move to storage locations; and wash windows, wall sections, and floors.
The ideal candidate will possess at least three months of effective experience. He/she must be able to operate a motor vehicle as part of the job. A valid driver’s license and completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required, in addition to standard background checks.

Group Leader, Maintenance Worker Utility
This position will oversee the work of the Janitorial Workers and Maintenance Worker Utility personnel to ensure assigned areas are maintained in a clean and habitable condition; assist in orienting employees to their assigned work areas; instruct new personnel on methods and procedures; and ensure that new cleaning methods or operational procedures are being followed.
The ideal candidate will possess six to nine months of effective experience. He/she must be able to operate a motor vehicle as part of the job. A valid driver’s license and completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required, in addition to standard background checks.
