Marketing Coordinator

This position will manage various aspects of the bank’s digital ecosystem; develop and monitor the bank’s social media presence consistently, including assisting in content creation, scheduling, and response implementation; run weekly internal web audit meetings, complete follow up tasks, and work with webmaster to keep our website running at peak efficiency; work with compliance, legal, and IT to ensure vendors, contracts, and outgoing communications are compliant and within brand guidelines; and oversee the bank’s retail marketing efforts, both print and digital.

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of relevant experience; excellent copywriting and editing skills; and strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT). HubSpot and graphic design experience is preferred but not required.

Encompass Administrator

This position is responsible for directly supporting the Applications Department; participating in establishing specific goals for the department; determining work procedures and expediting work flow; ensuring compliance with all operating policies and procedures; directly supervising assigned employees; communicating with appropriate coworkers; and providing periodic reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; a minimum of three years of experience in the IT field; extensive knowledge as a Project Administrator for Encompass; and configuration and implementation expertise.

Senior Loan Administrator

This position inputs loans to core processing systems directly from credit memorandum and loan documents; ensures timely recording of collateral documents on new loans, as well as the timely release of liens upon loan payoffs; performs necessary system maintenance on core systems, including renewals, extensions, modifications, etc.; and creates and maintains legal and credit files using the bank’s scanning system

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; the ability to work in a team environment; strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.); high degree of attention to detail and ability to multitask; and experience in Bank Lending, Credit, or Operations.
