‘Big Board’ Surfing: One Bucks County Firm’s Stock Ranks Among Region’s Best 2021 Performers

One Bucks County firm's stock performance was particularly notable for 2021.

Last year was good for publicly traded companies in the Philadelphia region, with over 60 percent of them recording stock price gains in 2021, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The publication examined at 118 publicly traded companies in the area to determine the biggest winners. It found that among the 20 best performing stocks from last year, one is in Bucks County.

EPAM Systems in Newtown ranked seventh.

The computer services company recorded a growth rate of 87 percent in 2021. The company’s stock price increased from $359.01 on January 4 to $673.14 on December 31.
