Bucks County Community College took the top spot for the best community colleges in Pennsylvania, according to a recently released report by WalletHub.

To determine where students can receive the best and most affordable education, WalletHub compared community colleges across three key dimensions, including the cost and financing, education outcomes, and career outcomes. These were then evaluated across 19 key metrics, including per-pupil spending, faculty salary, presence of special learning opportunities, and student-faculty ratio.

In addition to ranking in first place in Pennsylvania, Bucks County Community College ranked in the upper half of the nationwide list at No. 263 with an overall score of 56.69.

For specific categories, the school also placed first in the state in career outcomes and education outcomes and second in cost and financing.

Nationwide, it ranked highest in career outcomes, breaking the top 50 to land in No. 33.

Two neighboring community colleges also ranked among the top five in Pennsylvania. Delaware County Community College ranked third in the Keystone State, while Montgomery County Community College came in fourth.
